This project aims to establish national quality control test reference labs and border testing centers, crucial for enhancing trade, ensuring product quality, and promoting public health.

1.     Financial Analyst:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies for lab establishment and operation.
• Estimate setup costs, operational expenses, and revenue streams.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and funding recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling.

 2.     Technical Expert:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis of lab requirements and equipment.
• Identify training needs and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Evaluate market demands and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Laboratory Sciences.
• 10 years’ experience in lab operations and accreditation.

3.     Regulatory Specialist:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review national and international regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, WTO, WHO standards.
• Provide recommendations for regulatory alignment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Biotechnology or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in lab regulatory compliance.

4.     Risk Management Consultant:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess project risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure effective implementation of risk management measures.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Risk Management or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in risk analysis, preferably in infrastructure projects.
