Position Overview

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships while also providing exceptional English language instruction to a diverse student body. The ideal candidate will have robust business development and teaching skills, coupled with a passion for educational excellence and organizational advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational objectives.

English Language Instruction:

• Provide engaging and effective English language instruction to students at various proficiency levels.
• Create and deliver customized lesson plans and educational materials.
• Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Facilitate interactive classroom activities and discussions to improve language skills.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in academic meetings.
• Offer additional support and tutoring to students as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, including successful strategy implementation and partnership building.
• Strong background in teaching English as a second language, with experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively within a team.
