Managing Director

As Managing Director at Ogal Consulting, I oversee Ogal’s large digital transformation, telecom, media, and industrial development projects in Somalia. I also support foundations, development agencies, and governments on strategic planning, program design, and evaluation. ensuring effective engagement with government representatives and effective coordination with programme partners.

I ensure the effective integration of the work undertaken by programme staff, including programme management, delivery, coordination, human resources, Consultants, monitoring, and evaluation. I provide technical support to the Project Mangers through hands-on guidance, developing and implementation plan, I manage all projects planning responsibilities, including the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and quarterly work plans. I guide and oversee the alignment of the budget to expected results and reviews and approves annual budgets.
