Position: Business Coordinator
Our partner is looking for a business coordinator with the following responsibility and skills.

Responsibilities
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Find and develop new markets and improving sales
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met the need
• Train personnel and help team members to develop their skills
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction
• Create and manage long-term goals
• Develop a budget and operating plan for the program
• Develop an evaluation method to assess business strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Write monthly and periodic reports of different businesses and programs implemented.
• Analyze business risks and perform risk management to minimize business risks
• Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals, including sales and market
• Ensure that all businesses are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to the businesses scope, business schedule and business costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure business performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project/item
• Develop comprehensive work plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization
• Follow up on the implementation of business s and attend meetings
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company marketing materials, and social media.
• Offer advisory support to the communications/branding expert
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Secure sponsorship, invite speakers and participants

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with additional training in business planning and
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position: sales, marketing, project coordination or management
• Experience of working with local/national governments and capacity building of systems, partners and staff
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
• Ability to write quality narrative report
• Good interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching
• Strong results orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mind-sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Somali
• Must be able to engage positively and productively with a diverse population of team members, stakeholder and government counterparts
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership and team-building skills

• Must have a valid Somali passport, or at least valid Somali national ID card and work permit, or obtain within 90-days of contract signing.
